Senior Producer

London Full-time

Reporting to the VP Global Development you will be responsible for a franchise product, ensuring all requirements are met to support the goals of the release. You will continually move projects forward and ensure suitable resource planning is being undertaken by the team.  

    Responsibilities include:

    • Overseeing the planning and estimation process to produce fully scoped plans for upcoming projects
    • Managing the external development team to ensure milestones are adhered to plus tech and decision pipelines remain unblocked
    • Scheduling management, ensuring changes and concerns are communicated and addressed
    • Communicating progress on current and upcoming milestones as well as overall progress and notable content
    • Providing clear detailed analysis on risks and areas for improvement along with suggestions
    • Constantly looking for ways to improve our process, team and project
    • Line managing a Development Assistant to grow their production skills and facilitate the release of the projects on time and to quality 


    You will have:
    • 5+ years’ experience as a producer
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
    • Experience with platform holder requirements; all Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft and Steam
    • Extensive experience of managing client/stakeholder relationships
    • Ability to cultivate strong working relationships within a development environment
    • Expert knowledge of the game development cycle
    • Strong experience of the QA process
    • Experience defining and managing large project budgets
    • Experience in project management with a good understanding of planning scheduling, process, tracking and resource allocation
    • The ability to identify and assess risks and form a strategy to mitigate them
    • Experience with the creation and maintenance of product entries on platform holder systems including the setup of titles for trophies, achievements and other metadata
    • Experience with projects employing a ‘Games as a service’ model and overseeing regular content updates
    • Very good knowledge of Steam Workshop features beneficial
    • Working knowledge of Unity3d level editor beneficial
    • UK residency
