Senior Producer

London Full-time
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing the planning and estimation process to produce fully scoped plans for upcoming projects
Managing the external development team to ensure milestones are adhered to plus tech and decision pipelines remain unblocked
Scheduling management, ensuring changes and concerns are communicated and addressed
Creation and maintenance of product entries on platform holder systems
Communicating progress on current and upcoming milestones as well as overall progress and notable content
Providing clear detailed analysis on risks and areas for improvement along with suggestions
Constantly looking for ways to improve our process, team and project

Requirement

You will have:
5+ years’ experience as a producer
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
Experience with platform holder requirements; all Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft and Steam
Experience with console submission and certification processes 
Extensive experience of managing client/stakeholder relationships
The ability to cultivate strong working relationships within a development environment
Expert knowledge of the game development cycle
Strong experience of the QA process
Experience defining and managing large project budgets
Experience in project management with a good understanding of planning scheduling, process, tracking and resource allocation
The ability to identify and assess risks and form a strategy to mitigate them
