Human: Fall Flat scoops top honours at Game Awards ’1718 Sep 2017
Tomas Sakalauskas’s brilliant open-ended physics-based puzzle game ‘Human: Fall Flat’ was the big winner at the Lithuanian Association of Game Developers’ annual awards ceremony this weekend, winning Game of the Year at the GameOn Expo in Vilnius, Lithuania.
In true David & Goliath style, Curve Digital has taken on the video games giants and won, snapping up the award for Develop Publishing Hero.
The team was presented with the award at the Develop Awards ceremony held during this week’s Develop: Brighton conference, which each year attracts some of the biggest names in video games from around the world.
Curve Digital was shortlisted alongside heavyweights Xbox and Sega, plus respected industry players Team 17, 505 Games, Dovetail Games, Devolver and Channel 4.
